-  Ryan Miller was back in town for his first game against the Blues Thursday night, stopping 31 of 32 shots to lead the Vancouver Canucks to a 4-1 win over his former team at Scottrade Center.

- Yadier Molina and Adam Wainwright were named Thursday as finalists for the NL Gold Glove awards, presented by Rawlings. Both won the awards at their respective positions last year and Molina has been the NL's Gold Glove catcher for the last six years. They were the only Cardinals named among the three finalists at each positions. The winners will be announced on Nov. 4.
