- The Blues will try to extend their winning streak to four games with a day game today in Colorado. Ryan Miller is expected to start in goal.
- The Cardinals will host the Washington Nationals today in Jupiter, with Michael Wacha scheduled to make his second start of the spring. On Friday the Cardinals lost one game and tied the other in split-squad action. In Jupiter, Adam Wainwright worked two scoreless innings but Lance Lynn allowed six hits and five runs as the Marlins beat the Cardinals 7-3. Matt Adams hit his first homer of the spring.
- In the game against the Mets in Port St, Lucie the Cardinals gave up two runs in the bottom of the ninth to allow New York to tie the game 5-5 before the game was called. Oscar Taveras made his spring debut and had a double in three at-bats. Kolten Wong and Matt Holliday each had three hits.
- Missouri plays at Tennessee today, needing a win to try to enhance their chances of making the NCAA tournament. In the Missouri Valley tournament semifinals at Scottrade Center, undefeated Wichita State plays Missouri State and Southern Illinois will play Indiana State
