- The Rays scored five runs against Adam Wainwright in the fifth inning on two hits, an error, a hit batter and two walks en route to a 7-2 win over the Cardinals Tuesday night at Busch Stadium. The victory went to Rays starter Jake Odorizzi, a native of nearby Highland, Ill.

 - Lance Lynn will get the start for the Cardinals tonight in the final game of the brief two-game series. Alex Cobb will pitch for the Rays.
