(Compiled by Staff) — James Laurinaitis, linebacker for the St. Louis Rams learned first-hand that the Super Bowl can be more  than the NFL experience of playing in it or the fans experience of celebrating and eating too much while watching it. He and Rams quarterback Sam Bradford went to Kuwait to watch the big game with the troops.

Laurinaitis appeared on The Sports Zone Show with Rob Rains and B.J. Rains on Sports Radio 1380AM, and talked about what an amazing experience it was. They flew out of Washington, D.C. to Kuwait City. During the trip he got a chance to ride in a Black Hawk helicopter and it might surprise you to know that even NFL football players can get rattled on their first trip up in a Black Hawk.
